I've always been a very active person, from skiing, snowboarding, hiking, running, sports and martial arts. Our bodies are inherently precious in this world - and it's been an honor to help people heal their bodies through massage for the past 18 years. I also have extensive experience being a CNA (clinical nurse assistant) in a nursing home for these same 18 years.

I love nature, laughing, building bridges between unlikely people, and making sure I'm doing my part in the world.
